This is an awesome opportunity to purchase your own manufacturing process for Gorilla Composites structural building panels.

A Structural Building Panel by Gorilla Composites is a stressed skin panel with an expanded impregnated honeycomb core. These panels are manufactured as load bearing walls, floors, roofs and non-bearing walls. No framing is required and any finish can be applied after construction such as plaster board, stucco, simulated or real brick, stone, siding, or paint. The finishes can be suited according to local demands or regional appearances.

The structural panels are a minimum of 7 plus times stronger (axial load) than conventional constructed walls. Each panel is assembled to a 2mm tolerance plus or minus the plywood skin tolerance. Builders can use 3 skilled to 7 unskilled labor ratios. Homes can be assembled in 10 to 15% the time allotted to build a conventional home, which translates to much higher net profit than building a conventional home. This also means you can address market needs with a faster response time and higher quality at an attractive price point to the builder and to the end customer.

This unique opportunity offers purchase of one or more production lines to begin manufacturing in an exclusive market territory. This opportunity would be well fitted for someone with knowledge in the building trades or with a good understanding as to how to run a manufacturing business. You should have an existing facility, or the capacity to add-on to an existing facility and should also be familiar with and comfortable selling into the local building trade market. Experience with Architects, Civil Engineers, Planners, Surveyors and local building codes is an advantage, but not required.
