Occupational Therapy for children diagnosed with Spectrum disorders aims to improve attention span, stamina, response to stimuli, motor skills like posture, balance, and manipulation of objects.Occupational Therapy will foster the following daily life skills like toilet training, cleaning, dressing, brushing teeth, and other grooming skills. At Empower, our occupational therapy program offers services to children with or without the diagnosis of Autism. Children can receive benefits while attending the Empower. If your child does not need behavioral services, they can be brought to the school by a parent or caregiver to receive “Occupational-only” therapy services.
