This is a new meeting of Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families in the Westshore. Tuesdays Noon to 1pm in the basement of the Lutheran Redeemer Church , 3024 Jacklin Rd, Langford. All are welcome .... If you are still using behaviours you created to survive childhood trauma and they no longer serve you well, this is a 12 step meeting which will help you heal and create new behaviours.
