The first service I offer is Guided Grocery Shopping. This is where the fun and learning begins! I will accompany you to the grocery store. I will guide and educate you on how to read ingredients on food labels and help you understand the difference between clean ingredients and processed foods.
The second service I offer is Pantry Clean Out. I would feel honored to help you clean out your pantry. In order to be successful in your health journey your pantry must be clean and free of artificial ingredients, unhealthy fats and processed products.
The third service I offer is Fridge Clean Out. I will clean out all the processed and unhealthy foods from your refrigerator. This can be a really fun experience. We can combined the clean out with a trip to the grocery store to replace all the unhealthy foods/staples that I throw away.
The fourth service is Nutrition Education Courses. I will go through an education course on the basics of good gut health. This class is a Zoom 30 min course.
