Not sure when the Gingher ones were made, and from what I've found they're the limited edition Gingher Collector's Series, which isn't made any more. But new versions of these are, to be honest. Overall 3.75" length, blades are about 1.5" to the hilt of the handles, and about 1" cutting length. These are the G-CS-4, the top end of that Collector's Series (from G-CS-1 to 4), with stainless steel/pewter finished blades and antique gold plated "Fleur-di-lis' pattern handles. Made in Germany, for Gingher, which is based in North Carolina and has a long tradition of making high quality scissors.

Complete with the box, leather cover, and info card. All pieces are in excellent condition in my opinion, but the bottom edge on 1 end of the box has some 'mushed spots' in it from something getting up against it. Scissors were rarely used, no nicks, maybe a couple super light surface 'scratches' on the outside 1 blade you can see if glinted (wouldn't even call them scratches), and gold handles show no wear. Super sharp still. These are for thin embroidery thread, not for fabrics or yarns. There is only ONE pair of these offered.

I only found a couple of this version, and a few of the other ones from this series that were sold or for sale online, from $31 up to $52. So if you are or know a collector of these things, grab these for...$35

And as a bonus to have a pair to actually use, I'll throw in the J.A. Henckels 4" embroidery scissors shown. Stainless blades, black plastic handles, made in Germany. They're not tarnished, that's just a reflection of me in the blades. Little used, very sharp.

I'm not online until mid-afternoon eastern time, and evenings on and off. I reply as soon as I can, so PLEASE check your email later in the day or evening, and please reply back in a timely fashion, thanks.

I charge exact shipping, no handling or other padding fees! Please send at least your zip code, or your whole address if you're sure you're buying, on your first message so I can get you the shipping costs/choices right away, thanks. Experienced seller, satisfaction guaranteed on condition or money back.
