We bought this about 4 years ago. We have it on our vacation property in Christina Lake as a 'guest cottage.' It is not getting used so we are selling it. We replaced the hot water tank as well as replaced the three way fridge with just a regular, electric only, fridge. We are including most of the bedding, all of the dishes as well as the stand alone AC unit seen pictured in one of the photos. It was very well maintained before we bought it and we have barely used it since we have had it. Awning is in good shape, everything works on it, roof is solid, no leaks. The caulking in the shower area could use a re-caulk but that is about it. We are not in Christina Lake but will be there for a couple of days coming up (June 17-18).
