Terms: First order prepaid via money order, wire transfer, credit/debit card or check; net 30 upon credit approval up to established credit limit; daily interest will be charged at a rate of 15% APR (0.0411% daily rate) on all balances past due over 7 days. A payment guarantee must be completed and returned to us before we will drop-ship on your behalf.
Minimums: There are no minimums applied to some drop-shipped wholesale products.
Drop Shipping Fee: Each order with a total shipping weight under one pound will have a $3.00 drop shipping fee applied while each order with a total shipping weight of one pound or more will have a $2.00 drop shipping fee applied.
Surcharges: Purchase orders that do not adhere to these terms & conditions and/or Solice Moon�s drop shipping procedures, including purchase order submissions, will incur a $5.00 processing surcharge per order.
Orders Shipped: F.O.B. South Bend Indiana via FedEx, UPS, USPS or other common carrier. The carrier choice is Solice Moon�s decision. Solice Moon will not drop-ship on your shipping account number. The only exceptions to this condition are international orders; Solice Moon will accept your shipping account number however you must call your shipping company and complete all arrangements, including all necessary paperwork, to have the item picked up and shipped from Solice Moon's warehouse. Solice Moon discourages domestic USA shipments to USPS post office boxes because the USPS does not offer adequate shipment tracking nor does the US Postal Service offer package pick-up service. Each drop shipment sent to a post office box in the USA will incur a $5.00 surcharge and the shipment will not be traceable. Shipping via the US Postal Service is at your own risk.
Returns: Solice Moon does not accept returns for any electronics or electronic accessory items. Solice Moon accepts returns only within 30 days after shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Solice Moon will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise. Solice Moon will not issue credit for unpaid merchandise. Solice Moon will not issue credit for returned merchandise damaged in shipment. Solice Moon will not issue call tags for returns.
Shipping Damage: Solice Moon will cover items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the US Postal Service or if the item(s) shipped using your shipping account/carrier. The procedures to replace a damaged shipment are as follows:
For items shipped via "non-freight" service such as FedEx, UPS, etc...
The shipment recipient must call the appropriate shipping carrier as indicated on the shipping label; FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx or UPS at 1-800-PickUPS. The recipient must give the shipping carrier the tracking number(s) on the shipping label and request a pick-up because the item(s) was damaged during shipping. This first step must be completed within 5 business days of the shipment's delivery.
After FedEx or UPS picks up the damaged shipment notify Solice Moon of the situation via email at . Include the Solice Moon invoice/receipt number and your purchase order number as well as a description of the damage.
Solice Moon will replace the shipment at no additional cost to the vendor after Solice Moon has verified that the shipment's item(s) was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
For items shipped via freight service such as FedEx Freight, Watkins, etc...
The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.
The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment.
Solice Moon will replace the item at no additional cost to the vendor after Solice Moon has verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may take 2 to 3 weeks or more.
Solice Moon will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the vendor and/or the vendor's customer fails to follow the proper procedure.

Errors: Solice Moon will charge shipping errors to your account unless Solice Moon is the cause of the error. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, $5.00 per address change/correction and any costs for reshipment.
Inventory: Solice Moon inventory is not guaranteed in terms of in-stock status and restock dates. Inventory status information is estimated and may change without notice. Likewise product descriptions and designs may also change without notice.
Warranties: Solice Moon warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date unless otherwise noted. Solice Moon will replace any item returned to us within the parameters of this policy and found to be defective. All returned warranty-issue merchandise must be properly packed for a safe return shipment and in original purchase condition with the original packaging, the original receipt/invoice/packing slip and a an explanation of the item's problem. Solice Moon will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstances. KECS USA is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging.

Warranty & Return
10 Days money back warranty: If you are not satisfied with our product because it doesn't work, you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we don't refund the shipping fees. If you are not satisfied with our product only because you don't like it, you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund, in this case, we'll charge you 15% restocking fee and we don't refund the shipping fees. Buyer should pay to ship the itme(s) back.
One month exchange warranty: If the product doesn't work, you can send them back to us in one month for exchange, buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.
One year manufacture warranty: Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send our products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
