This is an opportunity for highly experienced campers who seek the adrenaline of being disconnected from the world. There are no utilities, minimal water access, and the backbone of being secluded with survival techniques activated. There is access to commodities upon entrance in the city of Sierra Blanca where you're able to obtain items such as water and gas at the local chain stores before entry into the oasis of seclusion. The ranches are protected through a covenant which basically includes rules of basic respect to nature and the only restriction of the camping the land is no hunting is allowed unless you're a property owner. You'll have to have a sports utility vehicle in order to get to the destination and depending on your comfort level of driving, parking and hiking to the place might be on the table. There are people who live year around on the ranches who survive on survival techniques while having access to Wi-Fi and cell service. It's your best interest to have a paper map to the area which will be provided via me providing detailed instructions to the area in case of cell disruptions.
