Quilt Coffee Cats Take Nine on the Fly with Pet Mat (Mini Quilt) 061012QMQ

The name of this quilt is Coffee Cats Take Nine on the Fly designed using two traditional quilt patterns Nine Patch and Shoo Fly.

The size is 50.00in x 50.00in . The fabrics are 100% cotton and were not pre-washed and the quilt has not been washed. The batting is Hobbs Heirloom Premium a 80% cotton and 20% polyester blend.

The fabric used in the center of each block is a Coffee Cats print. There are little words saying "Give me my Coffee". The border is a bright pastel print called Lets Do Coffee. It has coffee related items in the print with coffee beans floating all around. The inner border is lime green and the binding is the hot pink.

The backing is a very soft and cozy flannel fabric called Argyle Dots. The binding was machine sewn, front and back. In the middle of the back is a cat applique. The cat is holding his bright lime green coffee cup. It's my own rendition of the cat who appears in the fabric on the front.

One 19.50" x 19.50" MINI quilt is included with the purchase. You can use it for a wall hanging, a table topper or a quilted pad for your kitty to lay on.

They were made as a learning experience to teach myself how to make as many traditional quilt patterns as I could. I created the quilt pattern designs using traditional patterns in EQ5, 6 & 7. They have been stored in minimal light, folded on shelving in a smoke and pet free environment.
