We accept personal checks and cash for a non-refundable deposit to start the job and only cash (when the job is completed) at the time of pickup. We do not ship any items. So shipping and handling fees do not apply. We prefer local buyers (Norfolk, VA and parts of the surrounding area). We deliver to a limited area for an additional fee.
