Movie Description:
This amusing and unusual documentary offers a view of New York City from the vantage point of a small dog. Gayle Kirschenbaum loves her pet--a Shih Tzu named Chelsea--so much that she decided to find out how she views the world. Strapping a little doggie-cam to the furry little canine's head, Kirschenbaum takes Chelsea around the city, where the loveable mutt flirts with other dogs, and takes a look at the city as it recovers from the 9/11 tragedy.
