Airconditioning and heat. Heater was never used as we used an electrical heater. AC roof cover was recently replaced.
New covers for table cushions that can be removed and washed.
Working stove and oven which we never used as we set up an outside stovetop. Working microwave.
The camper has never leaked.
Working shower with hot water heater. The tub currently has a board over it as a shelving system is in place but easily removed.
All insect screens recently replaced and screens were added to windows that did not have them for better airflow. Covers were added to roof vents so you can keep the vents open when you want without rain getting in.
Recently painted with benjamin moore paint. Newer luxury vinyl flooring. We just added a removable carpet flooring to help our senior dog from slipping. You can keep or easily lift to expose the vinyl flooring.
Backsplash added behind the cooktop. Sink and cooktop covers were added to enhance counterspace.
Has both TV antenna and a radio with outside antenna.
Wall shoe rack. Wall thick cork boards to hang photos or paper.

Can include an outside small refrigerator, TV, 3 inch cool gel queen memory foam mattress topper, digital TV antenna booster, New 12V battery, blue sewer cart and bumper holder.

After its purchase as new, the camper was never moved from its location so there are nominal miles.
The camper is currently at the cedar falls campground in hazelhurst wisconsin. We are selling to buy a larger camper next year.
