She is a 1984 Turner "Real Baby" doll with tag. Doll is approximately 20" tall, has big blue open eyes. Her body is cloth & has dirty spot, she has full vinyl arms and legs. She is dirty and needs a bubble bath & her hair fixed. Her wig is glued on well. She has been well loved and comes without clothes.
