RARE!!! 1983 Mtv RIPOFF SHOW! this is a crazy rarity. done in L.A. with hosts david maples, karen scott, and richard black. the best way to describe it is like this, you have a show very similar to mtv and friday night videos, then you add in a live studio audience of kids dancing like american bandstand, then the occasional live band performance on stage, oh, and the kids dancing, they look like theyre straight out of "the breakfast club" movie, all doing their best 80s dance moves. a slight new wave slant to the show and the kids. rock and new wave videos, bad 80s dancing, its actually very entertaining because it is SO retro. includes original commercials. 2 full episodes, 1 hour each, disc one is 8/10 quality, disc two is 7 of 10. this show will have your jaw on the floor! i cant decide if its wonderful or horrible, really just bcuz of the kids and their dancing, the videos and everything else is good stuff, but man those kids straight out of new wave valley girl 80s look and dancing. its hilarious. BEYOND RARE!!!
