I have a 30ft comfortable & very clean camper with large slide out, it is on full hooks and good parking. it is located at the Holiday Motel & RV Resort in Hope BC on a large corner lot with decent privacy. The camper is fully functional for the winters here and is also skirted with additional storage underneath. I've been living in it for the past 1 1/2 years but am leaving the area for the next 6 months. It has a great queen size bed full dining area, sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and shower. 32 inch TV hooked up to WIFI. I am looking to rent it out to either a single individual or a couple. Must be responsible and decently groomed.
Rent would be $2500/Month single person or $3700 for a couple which includes the monthly lot fees & all utilities. No children, smokers are welcome but smoking is not permitted inside the camper.
