Smith-Corona ’03A3s, 30.06; in May 1942 Smith-Corona’s contract was modified to substitute the M1903A3 for the M1903 rifle.
Acquired 1959-60 from NRA. Came packed in cosmoline. My dad, licensed gunsmith and I cleaned them up and assembled them.
He and I and a current gun dealer believed them probably new, based on how they arrived and physical condition.
The rifle has never been out of my possession nor out of storage.
Will consider all serious appliers and serious offers. I put a higher $ amount above, since I saw one online, sell for that; and I wont shortchange myself.
