These custom-built big, open and cozy log home cabin kits are the perfect way for you to build at an affordable price, without compromising quality and style.

In collaboration with Lacey Developments, we build 2 different cabin packages which you can put anywhere in the world you want.

We only build the log frames.

For $ 76000, you get The Sasquatch (2 levels, 967 sq. ft. main floor with 435 sq. ft. loft + 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms ) and for $ 39000 you get The Twin Eagle (1 level, 624 sq. ft, 1 and 2 bedroom options.). Both are Post and Beam-style with the use of Douglas Fir. The other option is Western Red Cedar which is more durable but also more pricy.

All the cabins can be modified and adjusted in size! So if you want to change the layout or add a basement or garage that is no problem.
We build the frame in 2/3 months on our yard in Salmon Arm and re-assemble it on location in a week. ( anywhere in the world).
Our process can take up to 4/6 months or more if permits are required. The $ 76.000 is only for the log frame/shell.
We are a sub-contractor, so for the foundation, electrical, and plumbing, you need a general contractor.

A total estimate (finished "lock-up"), is between $350 K (Twin Eagle) & $ 500 K (Sasquatch), excl. other trades mentioned above.

Our payment structure is that you pay a 30% deposit, 40% when we begin production, and 30% after the completion of the prefab before we ship the package.

We take applications for 2023. The cabins and our log homes are in high demand.
