Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Derek Mesher. I am a Retired 66-year-old senior trying to get by on a very small Canada Pension only. I am currently living in Quesnel B.C. I am willing to relocate.   I have a positive [ can-do] attitude. I had during my career Forklift, Zoom Boom Certificates and Industrial First Aid Level One Certificates. I have rented a Skid Steer on occasion, and I am also trained in WHMIS and the transporting of Dangerous Goods.                                                                                                                                                               
 I would like to relocate to a place that can use my over 50 Years of expertise in Home Renovations, Electrical, Plumbing, Handyman Services, Truck Repair, Body Work, Painting and Property Maintenance in exchange for some rent or all the rent.  Unfortunately, I do not have “Tickets “for any of the areas but my experience should count for something.” I worked as a Handyman when I was often laid off from Logistics, Warehousing and Auto Truck Parts..                                                                                                                                                                                                                What I need is a place to live in exchange for my labor helping you fix up your property. I need a place to live so I can repair something on your property any type of building will work as long as there is hydro and a bathroom. I have Three 8-foot wide 8-foot tall by 20-foot-long Cream-colored shipping containers that were shipped one way to Vancouver B.C. and are in brand new condition.  One is insulated and I installed 2 windows and a steel door. If I had a place to live, I could empty out one of the containers and I could trade you for rent for that container.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     What I would like to do is place two containers about 16 feet apart and place a number of 2”x12” by 20’ [2 inch by 10 inch by 20 foot] on the top and make a roof [I have many rolls of torch-on roofing materials that were left over from a job that was done on my mobile home] then close in the back and make up a set of front doors.  I would be willing to share this shop with whomever might need it. We would have a dry, warm place to work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                I have Restored Cars , Trucks and a 25 Foot Power Boat and Lastly renovated my mobile home. I restored a 1980 Triumph TR7. My last project was a 1972 Plymouth Roadrunner Clone. I installed a 450 HP 360 Stroker and I have restored different pick-up trucks to pay my property taxes. What I have in the way of tools and equipment are as follows: Champion 6500-Watt Gas or Propane Generator, Champion 1500-Watt Gas Generator and a Echo 1200-Watt Gas Generator. I have a complete set of power tools as well as many sets of hand tools. Table saw, Reciprocating saw, Hand Saw, Cordless Drill, Husky 25-Gal Air Compressor with 100-foot 3/8 Air Hose, A 27 inch Wide Snow Blower, Stihl 026 and a Husqvarna Chain saws, Electric ½ Drive Impact Gun and a Canadian Tire Electric Log Splitter. I am also bringing a Canadian Tire 400-Watt Wind Generator and a 150-Watt Solar Panel with a 30 Amp Controller, A 15 amp and an 8-amp Small Battery Chargers and a 4000 Watt and 3000-Watt Power Inverters.
