14 unopened boxes of beautiful COREtec Plus XL Enhanced Appalachian Pine flooring for sale. 100% waterproof, scratch resistant, engineered vinyl planks are 8.98"x72.05"x8mm. Painted bevel, COREtec core, cork underlayment, glueless install, GREENGUARD Gold Certified. Each box contains enough planks to cover 26.95 sq ft. The fourteen boxes will cover a room or rooms totaling approximately 377 sq ft. Easy install for the DIYer. Overestimated job, will sell at my super-low cost of $3.49 per sq ft. 14 boxes @ 26.95 sq ft each=377.3 sq ft x $3.49=$1,316. Total. Buyer will need to pick up or arrange for shipping.
