Stamp collection from the 1940`s, has not been managed since the 1970`s. It is incomplete, and lots of loose stamps, keep busy for quite a while, maybe hidden treasure`s, countries that no longer exist, past leaders good and bad. The spine of the book is broken due to being overstuffed. Make an offer?
