Brand new! 2021 197BH Ameri-lite travel trailer.

Never had water in the tanks!
Never used:
Toilet, shower, fridge/freezer, sinks, microwave, heater or air conditioner.
Brand new $1,000 solar panel on the roof.
Brnad new Echo Smart breaking system.
Only used for a few day trips to the lake.

Retail was $25,000 before the solar and brake upgrades.
