Anyone who has not refinanced their home at these low rates needs to do so. My friend just refinanced her home with a rate of 2.3% and went from a 30yr loan to a 15yr loan with her payment going up only $170 a month. You can keep a 30yr note and refinance at 2.75% making your monthly payment go down a few hundred each month. My friend is a senior loan officer with 17 years experience and she is currently NOT CHARGING LENDER FEES!!! If anyone is interested then PM me and I’ll send you her name, number and email. This is not a commitment of any kind, but if you have been pondering whether or not to refi, a simple email or phone call won’t hurt.
