About This Beautiful Cottage

This is a spacious custom built 5 bedroom cottage, located just steps away from the worlds largest fresh water beach. This newly renovated modern paradise, is equipped to welcome large families or groups looking to get away from the city. The cottage is located just 10 minute driving distance from the Wasaga Nordic and Trail Centre and only a 25 minute drive from blue mountain.

Our spacious cottage enables you to enjoy the tranquility of nature, with a very open back yard and balconies. The peacefulness of nature, providing rest and relaxation you've been looking for.

After a day at the beach or on the slopes, head to the lower level for a movie night with a large smart tv. Our guests in the mood for games, may enjoy the ski ball or fosse-ball table. Guests are welcome to venture outside and enjoy the large hot tub, while listening to the music of your choice. Are you looking for a night cap, perhaps finish the night off with a glass of wine near the fire pit.

Our guest working on the go, may enjoy a dedicated workspace. A private room with wifi, well suited for a working office.

How to Reserve a Booking and Pay

Contact C3 Services by phone 705-503-9142, we will then check available booking dates.
C3 Services will email you a digital Paypal bill, which can be payed by credit card or your Paypal account balance. Your Paypal bill will feature your booking date.
Once your payment is completed, check-in and enjoy your stay.

Easy Automatic Check-ins

Once your booking and payment is completed, we will then send you an access code to enter the doors of the cottage.

Cottage Rules and Guidelines

A general rules and guidelines .pdf document will be emailed to all guests upon completion of booking and payment. We encourage all guests to read over this document.

Cottage Booking Rates

Weekends (2 day minimum stay) $600 per day.
Weekdays (2 day minimum stay) $500 per day
