It secures into the gooseneck ball hole in the "B + W Turnover Ball Goose-neck Hitch" (sold separately). This means you can pull a fifth wheel RV or a gooseneck trailer with the same system.
This hitch is easily installed and removed, leaving the truck bed clean and free of rails.
