Our facility has an office for rent which is 10x13 feet (130sqft). The grounds are monitored by 24 hour security cameras and the entrance to the facility has a keypad gate. The office is unfurnished, though has been newly painted, and has newly inserted windows which can be opened. The base heater is old, however I will get a new one installed in the coming month.
