The Acme stainless steel bench dough roller is a 2 stage machine, efficient, front discharge, front infeed. One operatore can make 400 to 500 pieces per hour, in 4 easy steps.

Sprocket & chain area protected by chain and sprocket guards

4" legs, for easy cleaning

Hard chrome precision ground rollers. Heavy Duty stainless steel construction, 4 scrapers easily removable for cleaning. Rear safety magnetic switch automatically shuts machine off if top cover is opened. Safety magnetic switch on scraper guard automatically shuts off machine when removed, infeed safety scraper guard allows for 1 1/4" wide opening for easy entry operation.
