o OR a larger semi-private room for 2 to share (reduced rent)
o I DO NOT PROVIDE GROCERIES OR PREPARE MEALS:
o My current students go home weekends and bring back leftovers and groceries, so they find it very easy to manage
o I provide access to fridge/cupboard space/equipped kitchen

o Dishwasher, washer, and dryer
o One parking spot with plug in, or parking on the street close by
