Are you attending University classes this summer? I currently host 2 rural students who are going home for the summer so have some room. Girls are preferred.

I live 3 minutes from the Rapid Transit Bus Station; a 10-minute direct ride to the U of M or a 30-minute direct ride to the U of W. Its also a 10-minute walk to grocery and drug stores, restaurants, walk-in clinics, etc. and 20-30 minutes drive to coffee shops, shopping malls and movie theatres.

• I have 2 single rooms, fully furnished (including desks) available for $650 per month each.
• I could possibly take 1 or 2 more in a larger room; $700 per month for 1, or if you are friends and don’t mind sharing a queen bed;
$500 per month each.

• I DO NOT PROVIDE GROCERIES OR PREPARE MEALS, but you would have fridge/freezer and cupboard space and access to all
kitchen dishes/cutlery, pots, equipment, etc. I also have a coffee maker. (My current students go home weekends and bring
back leftovers and groceries!)

• THIS IS A NO DRINKING, SMOKING, DRUGS, OVERNIGHT GUESTS, OR PARTIES HOME 😊

Includes:
• Internet, cable TV, PVR, Netflix, and all utilities
• Bedding and towels
• Dishwasher, washer, and dryer
• Rec room space with TV, games, puzzles
• One parking spot and/or parking on the street close by
• Safe home (with security system) and neighborhood with a couple of nearby walking/biking trails and parks. I also have a large
deck and fenced backyard for privacy. The U of M sports stadium is 10 minutes by bus, or a 30-minute walk, and the MTS Centre
(sports/concerts) is a direct 30-minute bus ride.

Does NOT Include:
• Laundry soap, Kleenex, and toiletries/personal care items
• Cleaning of your bedrooms or washing of bedding (I have a cleaning lady who will vacuum/wash your bedroom floors though)

Other Notes:
• I work from home two days a week
• I have 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower (I can shower at my work gym if there are 4-5 of us!)
• I eat/cook meat in case you are a vegetarian/vegan and would not like that
• References available on request and I might ask for references from you
• The rooms are only available for the summer while my current students are away
• I require first and last month’s rent in advance, plus a $200 damage deposit
• Monthly rent is due on the first of each month
