It is approximately 8 1/4" long, and approximately 6 1/2" tall from the top of the ice cream cone smoke stack and 3 3/8" wide on the back
The opening of the planter is approximately 4 3/8" x 2 5/8"
On the bottom is a label "NAPCOWARE Import*Japan"

Also, there is a number engraved C - 8573
It looks like it is supposed to be a cake or ice cream decorated train with candy and fruit decorations.
It is hollow on the inside and dirty.
Nice condition with some possible paint rubs, worn bottom, and possible hairline cracks on the bottom.

It is a little dusty and could use a better cleaning.
