â€¢ We try to be fair and accurate with all sales and descriptions. Please read carefully.
â€¢ We give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email us before leaving negative feedback.
â€¢ This is not a retail store. All sales are final.
â€¢ Return policy does not cover incompatibility, cosmetic appearance, improper installation, dis-assembly, tampering, or willful neglect. Installation costs are responsibility of the buyer and refunds never exceed the amount paid for item.
â€¢ We do not offer refunds on any item unless it is grossly misrepresented. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
â€¢ If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! We strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
â€¢ We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake.(It happens). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if our service could be better!
If after contacting FNT Sound Systems we determine that you have a justifiable reason, you can return merchandise to FNT SOUND SYSTEMS within 14 days of purchase provided all the criteria listed herein are met including those listed under Terms and Conditions.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, FNT SOUND SYSTEMS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15% in addition to and testing verification charge of $25.00.
How to return an item:
â€¢ In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
â€¢ Request an RMA number on line.
â€¢ Place the original package into a shipping carton.
â€¢ Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package.
â€¢ The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
â€¢ RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
â€¢ We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
â€¢ FNT SOUND SYSTEMS is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
â€¢ Items missing a serial number or UPC can't be returned.
â€¢ All returned or exchanged items must be in good condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, software and all accessories. Any packaged software that has been opened is not returnable and will be charged to customer.
â€¢ FNT SOUND SYSTEMS is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
