Quilt Woodland Critters with set of two Decorator Pillowcases 071124QPC

The name of this quilt is Woodland Critters designed using the two traditional quilt patterns Antique Tile and Thrifty. Two matching Decorator Pillowcases are included.

The size is 69.50in x 60.50in. The fabrics are 100% cotton with a 50% bamboo 50% cotton batting. Bamboo batting has antibacterial qualities and bedbugs don't like it. When combined with cotton, bamboo is very soft. The fabrics were not pre-washed and the quilt has not been washed.

The focus fabric print in this quilt is of woodland critters you might find out in the wild. Fawn, raccoons, fox, rabbits, etc. The other colors chosen complement the focus fabric with brown, green and cream and even a mini floral print.

The backing is a very soft warm and cozy flannel in a light goldish tan. The binding was machine sewn with a decorative machine stitch. The quilt photo on the bed was taken on a double bed.

I am a long time sewer, crafter, quilter who can't sew much after breaking my wrist with the result being severe nerve damage. The quilts are unused, unwashed. They were made as a learning experience to teach myself how to make as many traditional quilt patterns as I could. They have been stored in minimal light, folded on shelving in a smoke free and mostly a pet free environment. We lost our last pet 7 years ago.
