Quilt Rising Rock Star with matching Pillowcase 071229QPC

The name of this quilt is Rising Rock Star designed using the traditional quilt block patterns Rising Star and Rock Garden.

One matching decorator pillowcase is included with purchase.

The size is 68.00" x 60.00". It is commonly called a sofa or lap quilt or a throw. It fits on the top of the twin bed nicely but doesn't cover the pillow.

The fabrics are 100% cotton even though they have lots of sparkle and glitter. The batting is a wonderful product of 50% bamboo 50% cotton. The fabrics were not pre-washed and the item has not been washed.

The quilting is an edge to edge meander in a loop tee loop pattern. The binding was machine sewn using a decorative stitch.

They were made as a learning experience to teach myself how to make as many traditional quilt patterns as I could. I created the quilt pattern designs using traditional patterns in EQ5, 6 & 7. They have been stored in minimal light, folded on shelving in a smoke and pet free environment.
