You are looking at one of the finest 1960 TR3A’s on the road today. Purchased as second owner in 1978, restored in 1985 (mileage 87443), it has undergone extensive improvements to increased safety features and performance. The body of the car was completely stripped down to bare metal in 1985. Later it was re-painted in 1997 with a very high quality paint (Dupont Imron) comprised of a base coat, clear coat combination. The engine was rebuilt in 1985 but has seen little use having been stored for many years (present mileage 93421). The transmission, however, was rebuilt a year ago and includes a stock overdrive system. In some respects, this car has been restored to better than manufacture specs. The interior is all new all leather with wool carpets and looks excellent. The car also comes with a side curtains, black convertible top, white tonneau, black hard top, luggage rack, wire wheels, and Michelin XZX classic tires. Everything on this car is in 100% working condition.
