fixture says for the screw-in bulbs it takes up to 40-watt 12 volt type T and for the uvb tube light, takes t-12 type, up to 20watt. each socket has it's own plug with on/off switch.

has repti-sun 10.0 uvb bulb that when we unplugged it was good for another 2 months before needing replacement (this type is best for maximum distance the critter can be from the light and is considered useable for a year).

sorry about the dust on the outside of the fixture. it's been in storage for awhile, but I've tested all 3 sockets and they work fine.
